There's just something about a "sand" reflection...

I think there’s something uniquely exquisite about a moment when the light doesn’t easily spread across the sky like some of the more iconic beach sunsets. When the light has to battle through the layers of storm clouds to stake its place in the sky is just something amazing to behold.

And then there’s the reflection in the wet sand, just as a wave backs away. When I moved to the Central Coast, I didn’t realize these wonderful “sand” reflections were part of the majesty of it. Yet another beautiful surprise-gift from the Lord.

This was taken on the same evening as Pismo Sun Rays After the Storm.
