Pismo Sky Marshmallows on Fire

This makes sense if you've ever made s'mores...

Yet another time when I was playing pickle ball, stared up at the sky, thought, “this might be a good sunset,” then scrambled on down to the beach in hopes of capturing something beautiful.

This was one of the best skies I’ve witnessed at Pismo Beach. I wish I had been a bit closer to the iconic pier, but I was captivated nonetheless. And as I processed the photo, I realized the clouds looked like marshmallows do when they catch fire on the skewer.

Which makes a lot more sense if you’ve ever made s’mores…
