Gallery: Kings Canyon and Vicinity
This is one of my favorite views in the entire Sierra Nevada. There’s an incredibly beautiful shot of this mountain (East Vidette) that you can get directly from the John Muir Trail just north of Vidette Meadow. This shot is off that trail, over to the west on a higher ridge. I wanted to see if I could find a cool “hidden” location to get a shot of it.
Got it, just off the beaten path. I love this place!
